He is preceded in death by his mother, Alicia G. Flores.
Carlos leaves behind his daughter that he loved and adored, Deborah Flores (Robert) Garibay; five grandchildren, Diandrah, Robert, Ryan, Daelyn and Raiden; father, Jose C. Flores; five brothers, Juan Jose (Rosalinda) Flores, Juan Manuel (Rebecca) Flores, Samuel Flores, Pedro Flores and Julian Flores; three sisters, Maricela (Jorge) Ramon, Hermelinda (Tomas) Garcia, Mary Lou Flores (Hector Moreno) and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Rd., on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Services will conclude after.
