Grandma, you are so talented, beautiful and have the kindest soul. You will be missed by so many people. Thank you for looking after me from the moment I was born. I'm sorry I didn't get to say goodbye, but I will always remember the nights you sang me to sleep when I was younger. I love you more than you'll ever know, rest in peace Gran.

Heaven has added an Angel;
She was a truly an extraordinary woman and was admired by everyone who knew her. The loss of your Carol has saddened our entire family, she was such a great friend. Carol was a gift to everyone who ever met her. She always had a smile and a kind word. I remember how much she used to love us, and take care of us, and be there for all of us. We will always consider your Mom part of our family.
We hope the precious memories you carry in your heart will help you through this challenging time.

I have known Carol since our daughters were in first grade. But I really got to know her while working close with her back in the 1980’s at Flour Bluff ISD. She taught me so much about work ethics. She was firm but friendly about it also. Because of our daughters relationship our family was invited several times for BBQ and cards. I really enjoyed those good years.
Carol will be greatly missed by her family and friends. My condolences go out to the family and prayers continue for you all.

I am grateful for the time Mrs. Goodman was with my mother Gerda Mingus. They worked together at FBISD. Mrs. Goodman was a friend to her who was witty and positive and kind hearted beyond words. She would always confidentially reach out where there was a need whether it be food, guidance, humor or a hug. Mrs Goodman's gift to me was a dignified woman to look up to. I've often fondly thought of her through the years as I will continue. I know her absence will leave a big void for her family. I pray your good memories and faith carry you. Thank you Mrs. Goodman. You made so many differences through love.

Carol was instrumental in the design and implementation of the Flour Bluff ISD gifted and talented program during her time as a district instructional supervisor. She sincerely solicited and appreciated input from the teachers in the program. Carol was an effective instructional leader and a truly warm, genuine and collaborative colleague. My sincere condolences to Jimmie, her children and grandchildren.

Gran, my sweet angel, my favorite memory,
Although my heart is deeply saddened that God has called you home, I've come across a feeling of relief that you're not suffering or in pain any longer, your beautiful soul is free of pain and is at peace. You touched the heart and soul of everyone that met you, but none more so than me,loving you was easy. You are the definition of STRONG and I can only hope to become even half the woman you were. I will continue to cherish your precious life and carry you with me in my heart for as long as I live. In life I loved you dearly, in death I do the same because there is truly no other like you, I love you forever and always,
love your sweet heart,
