She is preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Guadalupe Torres; three brothers: Jose, Esequiel and Arnulfo Torres; and one sister, Anita T. Barrera.
She is survived by her sister, Beatrice (Zule) Zapata, numerous nephews and nieces.
A Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, March 11, 2016 at Funeraria Del Angel-549 Cheyenne with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with interment to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.
The family would like to thank the staff at the 4th floor at Retama Manor North, especially Sandra, RN for caring for their loved one for 13 years.
