Celia Trevino

Maria Celia Trevino, 97, of Kingsville, Texas, passed August 29, 2026. Maria Celia was born to Lorenzo Ramirez and Juanita M Ramirez, September 16, 1928, in Driscoll, Texas. She married Jose V Trevino in 1951, and they lived together in Bishop, Texas. Together they raised six children.

She is survived by her children: Oralia Pena (Marcos), Olivia Cavasos, Gloria Hernandez (Arturo), Celia Romero (Humberto), Jose Trevino (Delma) and Raynaldo Trevino. Her brothers Antonio Ramirez (Bertha), Erasmo Ramirez (Margaret) and Jesus Ramirez (Gena). She had 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren She also leaves to cherish her memory numerous nieces and nephew.

She was preceded in death by Juanita M Ramirez, (mother), Lorenzo Ramirez, (father), Roberto Ramirez, (brother), Aurora Ramirez (sister), Jose Ramirez (brother), Janie R Guerra (sister), Magdalena Ramirez(sister) Carlos Ramirez (brother)

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78415, US, on September 11, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. A Rosary will follow at the same location on September 11, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. The Funeral Service will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on September 11, 2026, from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm, followed by the Committal from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
