Christine G. Garcia Villarreal

She was born April 26, 1932 in Alice, Texas and was a lifelong resident of Corpus Christi, Texas. She devoted her life to family and was the one constant source of strength throughout our lives. Always providing physical, emotional and spiritual support to anyone in need, she will be revered for the virtues she bestowed upon the many lives that she has touched. We thank the Lord for her blessings of Love, Truth and Loyalty and rejoice in the knowledge that she will live on in the Kingdom of God and in our hearts forever.

Christine leaves behind to cherish her memories one brother, Richard A. Garcia (Ana Maria), ten children: Mary Jane Saenz, JoAnn Saenz, Ruth V. Perez, Alfonso Villarreal Jr., Christine V. Hallett (Gary), John P. Villarreal (Araceli), Beatrice Villarreal, Lucinda C. Villarreal (Fidel), Roxanne M. Villarreal, and Nathan G. Villarreal. She also leaves behind in her legacy 15 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and an inclusion of friends regarded as family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 19, 2010 at Funeraria del Angel Chapel from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Services will conclude at Funeraria Del Angel, 549 Cheyenne on Saturday, March 20, 2010 with a Prayer Service at 3:00 PM.
