Daniel is preceded in death by his grandmother-mother Juanita Ojeda and parents.
Daniel was a retired machinist and will be dearly missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife of over 50 years, Hiliaria V. Guerra; son Juan Daniel (Jane) Guerra; son Paul (Silver) Guerra; daughter Elma Guerra; granddaughter Sheila Michelle Johnson, grandson Scotty Michael Johnson, granddaughters Faith Guerra, Serena V. Guerra, Gabriela Guerra and great-grandson Brendon Paul Guerra.
Family will be receiving friends at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at Funeraria del Angel Chapel, 549 Cheyenne, with a Memorial Service at 7:00 p.m. that evening
