Dean was born February 3, 1962, in Torrance, Ca. the son of Matias Tapia and Oralia Gomez. Dean graduated from Carroll High School in 1981. Dean especially loved watching movies, and meeting friends.
Dean was a member of St. Cyril Methodious Catholic Church, and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Dean was a sweet wonderful person who would help anyone in need. He had a loving personality. After Sunday services he would often visit nursing homes to pray with those in need.
Cherishing Dean’s memory are Mother; Oralia Gomez. Brothers; Christopher, Benjamin, and Matt III. Nieces and nephews; Christopher Dean, Ben jamin Christian, Joshua Gerad, Talia Grace, and numerous uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Preceding Dean in death are grandparents, Matias and Carmen Tapia and Pedro and Guadalupe Gomez, and his father Matias Tapia
Rosary and Devine Mercy will be held Monday August 18th at 10 am at St. Cyril Methodious, Catholic Church. Followed by Mass then Burial at Memory Gardens. Reception approximately 2 pm will follow at Kaspar Hall.
