Debra Garcia Arismendez

Debra was a loving mother, daughter and sister who was always concerned for the well being of her children. She worked as a social worker for CPS and more recently employed at the endocrine clinic for Driscoll Children’s Hospital.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Albino and Santos Garcia; maternal grandparents, Amando and Carmen T. Garcia; her mother, Leonor Garcia and her nephew, Michael Alexander Ozuna.

She leaves behind her loving daughter and son, Miranda Mia and Joe Arthur Arismendez; father of her children, Joe A. Arismendez; father, Benito B. (Del) Garcia and her sisters, Liza Garcia, Evelyn (Wilfredo) Galvan and Vicki (David) Ozuna. She also leaves behind several nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers.

Visitation will begin on Sunday, June 20, 2010 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening. A Chapel service will be on Monday, June 21, 2010 at 10:00 am in Memory Gardens Funeral Home. Services will conclude in the chapel.
