Doris was a longtime member of Trinity Church of the Nazarene. She loved to cook and especially liked to bake. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and a friend.
She is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband of sixty years William L. Henry.
She is survived by her 2 sons Darrell Henry and Scott Henry (Betty) both of Corpus Christi, Texas; daughter Kathy Henry of Richmond, Texas; 4 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 5 brothers and 4 sisters all of Virginia.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cage-Mills Funeral Directors Chapel with interment to follow at the Memory Gardens Cemetery.
