Dorothy "Dottie" H. Mosley

Dottie graduated from Sunset High School in 1943 and attended North Texas Agriculture College. She married Lowell C. Mosley on March 24, 1946 and moved to Corpus Christi the following year. They were both faithful members of Weber Rd. Church of Christ and loved their church family.

Dottie is preceded in death by her parents; her eldest son, Paul; and her devoted husband of 53 years, Lowell.

She is survived by her sons, Don (Hope) and Philip (Pam); her daughter, Barbara (Brian) Bernwanger; her daughter in law, Judy (Buddy) Tilden; her grandchildren, Charlotte (Craig) McGonagill, Meredith (Mike) Reynolds, Alan (Funmi) Mosley, Manda (Chris) Maier, Clinton Mosley, Bree Bernwanger, Britt (William) King; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Some of Mom’s and her grandchildren’s fondest memories are of their time spent together playing games, working jigsaw puzzles, swimming in her pool and listening to her play the piano. Mom treated them to her famous cheeseburgers or popcorn by the pool. Greeted by her beautiful welcoming smile, all felt at home with her.

Family will be receiving friends at 6:00 pm on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home. On Monday, August 23, 2021, a Graveside Service will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery at 10:00 am.
