Elbert was in the United States Army and served his country during World War II. He retired from Reynolds Metals.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Homerzell Earls and his mother Ruby Edwards.
Elbert leaves behind his children to cherish his memories, Elbert E. Earls, Jr., Larry Earls, Marcus Earls, Carl Earls; grandchildren, Jennifer, Larry Jr., and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly Chapel with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery .
