Our beloved mother, Elena M. Lucio, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, February 1, 2021, at the age of 88. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Pedro Lucio, Jr., daughter, Rosa L. Miranda, granddaughter, Betsy Lucio, her parents Augustina and Aurelio Moreno and brother, Armando Moreno,
Elena was a devoted, loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt who enjoyed spending time with her family. Elena is survived by her children, Pedro M. Lucio (Cathy), Elizabeth Flores (James), Irene Canales (Javier), David Lucio, Suzanne Gonzalez (JD), Richard Lucio and Jesse Lucio (Geno); son-in-law Henry Miranda; 21 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brothers, Jose Moreno (Dora) and Ernest Moreno (Dorothy).
A rosary will be recited on Thursday, February 11, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church followed by the funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
