We have many memories of our Dad Elias. The Easters we had with the Town Club family employees. The trips to the grocery store as younsters at Montemayors Grocery, where he would by us an ice cream cup and chips (used as a spoon). He had a passion for telling jokes. The trips to the Houston Astrodome to watch his beloved Astros. In 2017, he was fortunate to finally see them win the World Series. His passion for jokes. There are many more but too many to list. Thank you Dad

Dearest Elias and family,
My husband, Mario, and I send you our deepest and most heartfelt condolences at the loss of your daddy. His smile on the photo made me smile. I know firsthand how difficult and heartbroken you must be, and I know that the days, months, and even years ahead will be difficult without your daddy. But, our God always gives us strength to move forward at our own pace. There are two scriptures that come to mind: 2 Timothy 4:7-- "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." Your daddy did that. And, 2 Corinthians 5: "For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven . . ." Your daddy is now with our Heavenly Father. Praise God! Blessings to you and your family.
