She married Joe Alvin Parks (a World War II veteran) on November 10, 1944. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Jane Marie.
She is survived by her husband, Joe Alvin Parks, two daughters, Barbara and Judy and one son, Clem; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind friends and relatives whom she loved dearly.
The family would like to give many thanks to Trisun River Ridge Nursing Home for their care to Elsie.
Visitation will began at 12:00 noon Friday, February 26th with funeral services conducted at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Memory Gardens Funeral Home with entombment following in Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
