Elva Garza Martinez

She leaves behind cherished memories to her children, Robert (Linda) Martinez of Houston, TX, Aldaemma (Pete) Ramirez, Henry (Lety) Martinez, Ernesto (Dolores) Martinez, Thelma (Rudy) Martinez, Celeste Martinez and Rachel Lozano; 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild on the way. A sister, Lena Guerra from San Antonio, Texas, a special Thank you to her caregiver Lena Martinez.

She was a wonderful mother and nanny she left behind many memories, and lots of camping adventures with all her blue birds. She volunteered in different organizations as she raised her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 5:00 till 9:00 p.m. at Cage Mills Funeral Directors with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church (Cimarron) with burial to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
