Emilia S. Palacios

She was a loving faithful mother and caring, compassionate nurse. In her 29 years as a nurse, she positively impacted the lives of the patients she cared for and their families. She will be remembered for her strength and kind character and her legacy will live on through the lives of her children.

She is preceded by her parents, sister; Tommie Gutierrez, brother; Henry Sanchez and daughter, Diana Sanchez.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her children; Frank Castillo, Marylou Young, Yolanda Uribe, Linda Palacios, Sandra Palacios and Cynthia Palacios, her grandchildren; Amy Castillo, Michael Castillo, Angelo Turner, Gino Turner, Marissa Sanders, OJ Uribe, Natalie Uribe, Jennifer Fajardo, Denise Uribe, Jonathan Milam, Crystal Gonzales, Julie Espinoza and Michael Garza.

Family will be receiving friends on Friday, February 07, 2014 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
