Eric had a friendly character and a love for fishing.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Antonio Mendez Araiza.
He is survived by his loving father, Arturo J. Gonzales (Maggie); loving mother, Cynthia A. Gonzales (Michael Baker); siblings, Camille Andrea Lopez (Keith), Aaron Michael Gonzales; nephew, Gavin Austin Lopez; paternal grandparents, Arturo and Adela Gonzales; maternal grandmother, Maria Elida Casas Araiza; uncle, Albert Gonzales; aunts, Ruby Gonzales, Grace Segura (David), Lisa Shephard (Bud), Sandra Lynn Araiza; cousins, James, Clarissa (Steve) , Candace, Alyssa, Danielle, Bryan, Monica, Jesus Adan; friends, George and Blanca, Sam and Alice, Christina and Alex, and Bobby.
A visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Sunday, May 1, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a Funeral Service to be held at 11:00 a.m.
