

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Eva C. Suarez; his children: Sylvia Suarez and Jose Suarez; his parents, Ramon and Andrea Suarez; his brother, Ramon Suarez and Lupe (Jan) Suarez; his sisters Felipa, Elia (Felix) Vasquez, Rosa (Jesse) Padilla; and great-grandson, Joseph Suarez.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories, his brothers: Cruz Suarez, Joe (Marylou) Suarez, Frank (Alicia) Garcia; his sisters, Gloria (Joe) Alaniz, His sons, Espiridion Jr. (Guadalupe), Enrique, and Ernesto (Brenda); daughters, Esmeralda (Joe) Garcia, Elena Faul, Elvira Garcia and Evangelina Suarez. He also leaves 20 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
He was born in Laredo, Texas, December 14, 1934. He was a lifelong resident of Corpus Christi. He worked for most of his life in restaurant business as a chef in several restaurants around town: Harvey’s Little Red Barn, Nolan’s, Holiday Inn and Eddie’s Restaurant & Bakery.
He was an avid Fisherman and was also a member of the Lipan Apache Tribe of Texas. In his later years he enjoyed, along-side his wife, his work at the Corpus Christi Trade Center where they ran a small business E&E Indian Crafts.
The family would like to “Thank” the following staff members at Cimarron Place for their compassion and care: James Hampton, Martha Hernandez, Anna Lisa Vela, Amanda Garcia and Eleanor Dickson.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 9:00pm at Memory Gardens Chapel with Prayer Service at 7:00 pm that same evening.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am Friday, October 13, 2017 at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
