Estanislada G. Garza Gutierrez

Estanislada went to be with the Lord on June 18, 2011 at the age of 85. She was born May 7, 1926 to Cesario and Encarnacion Garza in Campwood, Texas. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Estanislada loved to cook delicious homemade meals for her family, which was the most important part of her life. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers and four sisters.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 61 years, Joe R. Gutierrez; 12 children: Armando Gutierrez, Arnoldo (Debbie) Gutierrez, Adela (Jerry) Barker, Arnulfo (Mary) Gutierrez, Alfonso (Maria) Gutierrez, Adelina (David) Sanchez, Argentina (Efrain) Rangel, Alonzo (Judy) Gutierrez, Alejandro (Ivonne) Gutierrez, Alfredo (Melissa) Gutierrez, Alberto (Laura) Gutierrez, Abel (Belinda) Gutierrez; 21 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday, June 20, 2011 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Funeraria Del Angel at 549 Cheyenne, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m., that evening.

A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church.

Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
