Estella R Rodriguez Gonzales

She is preceded in death by her parents, Francisco Rodriguez and Candida Garcia Rodriguez; 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband of 57 years, Uvaldo Gonzales; 3 daughters, Melba (Bill) Zamora of Houston, Texas, Cynthia (Henry) Sosa of Corpus Christi, Texas and Hilda (George) Salazar of Sugarland, Texas; 5 grandchildren, Marcus (Kimberly Cavazos) Sosa, Angela Zamora, Miranda Sosa, Ryan Salazar and Justin Salazar; 1 sister, Matilda Garcia of San Antonio, Texas, and 2 brothers, George Rodriguez of Raymondville, Texas and Raul Rodriguez of Pearland, Texas.

Estella was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, sister and friend. She was a daycare provider for Peter Pan Daycare for over twenty years. She will be dearly missed by everyone whose lives she touched.

The family will be receiving family and friends at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 24, 2011 with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. that evening at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel. A mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be Marcus Sosa, Ryan Salazar, Justin Salazar, Phillip Lopez, Brandon Garcia and Bill Zamora.
