Eva Franco

Eva married the love of her life Jose Salomon Martinez Gomez on February 13, 2009 in San Antonio Texas.

She worked for Educare Childcare in San Antonio until 2009. Eva was a devoted member of Segunda Baptista Church, she loved spending time in her kitchen baking and cooking. Eva was known for the delicious meals she prepared with love. Whether it was tamales, menudo, sea food or cakes and polvorones, she put her heart into every dish. She was always laughing or making others laugh.

Eva was preceded in eternal rest by her parents Jose Cruz Franco and Maria Anna Garcia; siblings America Franco and Jose Silva Franco.

Left to cherish the memory of Eva is her Spouse of 16 years Jose Salomon Martinez Gomez; Children America Franco, Moises Franco and Daniela Hernandez; Grandchildren Michael Angelo Tamez Jr., Javier Eduardo Franco, Amber Hernandez, Jade Hernandez; Siblings Eduardo (Elvira) Franco, Santos (Fernando) Garcia, Josias J.C (Maria) Franco, Veronica (Troy) Thompson, Alicia (Jake) Sullivan and numerous nieces, nephews and extended friends and family.

A visitation for Eva will be held Tuesday, June 10, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM. A continued visitation will occur Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a funeral service at 10:00 AM. A burial will follow at 11:00 AM at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
