Frances R. Cerda, 79, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on July 14, 2017. Frances was born on October 4, 1937 to Thomas and Petra Reyna in Richmond, Texas. She will be dearly missed by all who loved her.
Frances is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Dora Calderon and Luisa Rodriguez; children, Olga C. Perez and Freddie Cerda.
Frances leaves behind to cherish her memories, her husband, Alfredo Cerda; children, Elida Rubio (Daniel Valdez), Linda Curet (Jose), Louis Cerda, Rudy Cerda (Linda), Henry Cerda (Consuelo) and Elizabeth Perez (Michael); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Estella De La Paz and Lillie Garcia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at Funeraria Del Angel Memorial Holly at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
