Gary Sorensen

Gary Neil Sorensen, 55, a beloved father, husband, grandfather, brother, and uncle passed away Friday April 20, 2012. He graduated in 1975 from Gar-Field High School of Woodbridge, VA. After graduation he enlisted in the army where he served until being honorably discharged in 1981. He then worked for Time Warner Cable for twenty-four years, until his disability made it too difficult. He was a proud member of Our Savior Lutheran Church.

He is preceded in death by both his maternal and paternal grandparents and his niece, Stephanie Rothlisberger. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia Sorensen; children, Michelle (Jeff) Andersen, Joshua Sorensen, and Jennifer Sorensen; grandchildren, Gabriel Trevino Jr., Reid Louis Andersen, and Andrew Joshua Trevino; parents, Shirley Patricia and George Sorensen; siblings, Sharon Diane (Rod) Rothlisberger, Paul Alan (Cindy) Sorensen, and Brian Lee Sorensen; and 5 nieces.

Visitation will be held Tuesday April 24, 2012 at 6:00 PM with a wake at 7:00 PM held at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 6102 Greenwood Drive, Corpus Christi, TX. The services will be held Wednesday April 25, 2012 at 10:00 AM also at Our Savior Lutheran Church.
