Allen is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil J. Jones and Melba Jean Jones and his sibling, Edwin Wade Jones. He is survived by his sibling, Cecil Ray Jones.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, March 1, 2020 at the Church Without Walls located at 737 Claride Street in Flour Bluff the service to be officiated by Brother, Rey Escalante.
