She graduated from Flour Bluff High School in 1964. Glenda married her husband of 51 years on July 3, 1964. Glenda was employed by Driscoll Children’s Hospital. She was a loving mother, sister and grandmother.
Glenda is preceded in death by her husband, David Icke Sr.; a son, David Icke Jr.; and her parents, Lonnie Henry and Melva Henry.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Tina Icke Rosas of Odem, Texas, Belinda Icke Rhodes of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Chad Ryan Icke of Corpus Christi, Texas; grandsons, Chad (Lindsay) Icke, Alex (Jade) Rosas and David (Donna) Icke III.; granddaughters, Vanessa Rosas, Adrianna and Danielle Icke; sister, Patsy Henry of Snyder, Texas; brothers, Lowell (Gracie) Henry of Orange, Texas and Wesley (Brenda) Henry of Sargent, Texas; and 8 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
