Gregorio Juarez Reyes

Gregorio Juarez Reyes, also known to some as “Miguel”, passed away peacefully on June 04, 2026, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born on March 12, 1955, in Ciudad Mante, Tamaulipas, Mexico. At a young age, he made the decision to move to Corpus Christi, TX, in search of a better life and greater opportunities. Through determination and an unmatched work ethic, he became a citizen and built a life rooted in hard work. Family was always at the center of Gregorio’s life, and he worked every day to ensure his children had opportunities and support. His legacy lives on through his wife, Refugia Juarez, children Kenny Juarez (HyoJung Juarez), Bertha Lopez (Jose Antonio Lopez), Greg Juarez (Brenda Cavazos), Stephanie Sanchez (Jessie Sanchez), numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

In his quieter moments, he enjoyed sitting outside, listening to music, and simply appreciated spending time with family or relaxing with his favorite songs. Though our hearts are heavy with loss, we find comfort in the everlasting memories he leaves behind, the example of hard work, and the love he shared with us all.

Visitation will be at Funeraria Del Angel (4901 Everhart) on June 24, 2026 5-9, with a rosary from 6-7.
