Guadalupe Torres Sr.

Guadalupe Torres Sr. passed away on March 10, 2016 at the age of 65. He was born on August 23, 1950 to the late Matias and Maria Guadalupe Torres. He will be remembered as a loving husband, a supportive father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was an outstanding welder with a heart of gold; a caring and loving man who always brought out the best in people. He was loved by many and touched all who crossed his path.

Guadalupe is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Vicente Torres and sister, Olga Garcia.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Soledad Torres and five children, Fabriel (Melinda) Torres, Liliana Torres, Guadalupe (Santa) Torres, Tanya Torres and Christine Michelle (David) Hazzard. Guadalupe is also survived by grandchildren, Melinda Marie Torres, Guadalupe Torres III, Yasmine Soledad Torres, Vabryelle Malyn Torres, Fabriel Torres Jr., Matias Torres, Sebastian Torres, Giselle Ceballos, Arnold Ceballos Jr. and Zola Pearl Esparza.

Visitation will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 2:30 pm to 9:00 pm with a prayer service to be held at 6:00 pm that same evening. Chapel services will be held at Memory Gardens Funeral Home on Sunday, March 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm with interment to follow at Memorial Park in Robstown, TX.
