Guadalupe F. Viera

She is preceded in death by her mother, Beatriz Hernandez; her son, David Viera, Jr.; and her brothers, Servando and Jose Flores.

Surviving her is her loving husband, David G. Viera; her children, Zulema V. Alvarado (Raul) of Ingleside, Texas, George Viera (Elvia) of Corpus Christi, Texas and Jose Antonio Viera (Maribel) of Corpus Christi, Texas; her sister, Teresa Diaz; daughter-in-law, Anna Viera; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are numerous other family members and friends.

'La, la, la, lang, lang, lang, la, la, la, lang, lang, lang'' brings fond memories to us all. Guadalupe Viera was a precious woman who adored her family. A gift from God and strong in her faith, she never met a stranger and was loved by all.

Visitation for Guadalupe will be held at Funeraria Del Angel on Monday, May 2, 2011 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy rosary to be recited at 6:00 pm that same evening. Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 1:00 pm with interment to follow
