She was born in Taft, Texas on November 9, 1952 to Bennie Gene and Bobbie Jean Washington Price.
Gwendolyn met her love, Ronald at the age of 17 and they were just shy of a couple of weeks to complete a remarkable 54 years of marriage. She made their house a home, as she decorated for Holidays and proudly embraced her role as homemaker. She was talented in decorating and could have easily been a professional interior decorator. She collected China dolls and loved potted plants. Her family affectionately remembers her as “always getting what she wanted” and it was well deserved.
She had a great love for Christ and she was a dedicated member of Greater Powerhouse COGC. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
