Harold Reeves

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Lola Jayne Reeves; sister, Virginia Reeves and his parents, Glen and Bea Reeves.

He is survived by one son, Mark (Melodye); two granddaughters, BreAnne (Silas) and Karlee (Tyler); two great-granddaughters, Clara and Charlotte; one great-grandson, Spencer; one sister, Charlene (Jack); two brothers, Bill (Teri), Phil (Cathy) and numerous nieces and nephews.

Slats loved his family and his church family and friends with all his heart. He retired from the Caller Times as Building Superintendent after 40 years of service. He was an avid hunter, golfer and fisherman. He was a member of Covenant Baptist Church.

Services will be Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 11:00 am at Covenant Baptist Church on Williams Dr.

Special thanks to his loving caregiver, Judith, who made his journey smooth with love and compassion; also to every staff member of New Century Hospice who lovingly cared for Slats.
