Heberto Federico Garcia was called by our Lord on Monday, February 22, 2016. He was 84. He was born on December 4, 1931 to the late Serafin and Elmira Garcia. Federico was a loving, hard-working cheerful man, completely devoted to his family. He will be dearly missed. He is survived by his wife, Leonila Garcia of 53 years; four sons; four daughters and six grandchildren. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church, 1101 Bloomington, Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Services will conclude after the mass.
