Henry V. Gutierrez

Henry loved his community, he was a well-known business man who was the owner of Henry’s Cleaners and Laundry in Corpus Christi for 40 years. He was one of the first founders of Feria De Las Flores and a big supporter of Lulac and his community. He was always involved in public speaking assisting candidates running for their political parties.

Henry was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, always assisting those in need.

Henry is preceded in death by his parents, Atanacio and Adelina Gutierrez; sister, Emma Gutierrez-Escamilla; brothers, Adan, Pedro, and Roberto Gutierrez.

Henry is survived by his wife, Neira Gutierrez; daughter, Cynthia Gutierrez; sons, Henry Jr., Gilbert Gary, and Gerald Gutierrez; daughters-in-law, Dolores, Evelyn, and Brandie Gutierrez; and eight grandchildren.

Public visitation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am at Memory Gardens Funeral Home followed by a Holy Rosary and Mass at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church beginning at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
