Janie Ochoa Olvera, age 78, made the journey to be with our Lord on Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Her bright smile and loving manner will be missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Adan Olvera.

During her career, Janie worked with disabled children. She touched many children and their families with her gentle care and love for these children. Her hobbies included gardening, sewing and quilting. She was a true artist with her quilting. Her beautiful handmade quilts are a testament to her artistry and skill.

Her greatest joy and biggest pride were her children and grandchildren. She raised her children to be strong, loving and caring. They all share her wonderful sense of humor as well.
