Jesse R. Guzman, 88, of Corpus Christi, Texas, passed away on May 31, 2022. He was born in Sarita, Texas on June 8, 1933. Jesse graduated from Ray High School. He married the love of his life, Ofelia T. Guzman, on October 27, 1957.
Jesse worked as a firefighter for the Corpus Christi Fire Department and was a member of Cheyenne Church of Christ. He had a passion for “service to others.”
He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Ofelia T. Guzman.
He is survived by his son, Ronald Guzman and daughter, Elizabeth Aguilar; grandchildren, Tabitha R. Sanchez, Jonathan H. Guzman, Emilio H. Sanchez, III and Paris Aguilar; great-grandson, Mylo Sanchez.
