She is survived by her children, Linda (Oscar) Gracia, John Gonzales, Suzanne (Jacob) Morales and grandchildren, Rebekah Gonzales, Makaylah Gracia, Darren Morales and Diego Morales. She is also survived by her sisters Eva Tamez, Malena Leal, brother Domingo Rodriguez and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, loving husband Juan J. Gonzales and daughter Rebecca Gonzales.
Jesusa was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved listening to music. She devoted her life to her family, adored her grandchildren and loved cheering them on at all the games and events that she could. Her famous words were, “You can do it” and “You can make it”.
She will be dearly missed and will always be remembered for being a great wife, great mother to her children and mother figure to all.
A visitation for Jesusa will be held Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel - Memorial Holly, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A vigil service and rosary will occur Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A chapel service will occur Thursday, November 5, 2020 at 11:30 AM, 3442 Holly Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. A burial will occur Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery, 9974 IH 37 Access Rd, Corpus Christi, TX 78410.
