Joe C. Garza, Jr., age 81, passed away on November 24, 2020 in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was born on August 11, 1939. Joe was a devoted husband to his wife, Enedina, and loving son, brother, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Joe worked for PepsiCo. and for PP&G, Industries before settling into and retiring from his long-term career as a Welder in the Fabrication Department at BD Holt Co./Weatherford.
Joe enjoyed travel, completing Sudoku puzzles, woodworking especially creating all types of yard art and watching western movies. Joe was always there to help family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jose Garza, Sr., his mother, Delfina Casanova Garza, his son, Jesus Garza and his brothers, Rodolfo C. Garza and Reymundo C. Garza.
Joe leaves behind a loving family - his wife of 47 years, Enedina (Hernandez) Garza; his four children, Joe (Teri) C. Garza, III., Rolando Garza, Debbie (David) Abeyta, and Carlos Villarreal; his nine grandchildren and his eight great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Alicia Buckalew; his brother, Ricardo (Maria Luisa) C. Garza and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Rest in Peace, for one day we will see you again in Heaven.
