He is survived by his wife Rosa Martinez Salinas, daughter; Lamar Salinas (David Ayala), son; Joe Martinez Salinas, JR. (Norma V. Salinas), six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Service will be on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
