He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Juan and Juanita Davila; paternal grandmother, Maria Alejandro Reyes and godmother, Adriana Davila.
John is survived by his son, John Adrian Reyes, Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas; two daughters, Kassandra Padron Reyes of Baytown, Texas and Marlena B. Reyes of Corpus Christi, Texas; parents, Santiago “Jimmy” and Yolanda Reyes of Corpus Christi, Texas; one brother, Santiago Reyes, Jr.; sisters, Erica (Balde) Lopez and Eloisa Davila; nephews, Oscar Ortiz and Balde James Lopez; grandfather, Santos Alejandro Reyes, all of Corpus Christi, Texas. Also surviving are his special friends, Daniel Garcia and Norma Sierra.
Public visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Friday, September 16, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly chapel with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that evening.
