He was born in Laredo, Texas on August 21, 1927.
Jose was married to Tommie Hinojosa on 1950. He was an industrial mechanic for Reynolds Metal CO. and had a passion for auto mechanics.
He is survived by his 2 sons: Alex Nieto and Oscar Nieto; and 1 grandson, Alejandro Nieto; his sisters, Amadita Uribe and Josefina De La Garza.
Family will be receiving friends at 10:00 am on Saturday, September 23, 2017 with a Service to be held at 2:30 pm at Memory Gardens Funeral Home (8200 Old Brownsville Rd. CC, Texas) with Interment to follow.
