It is with profound grief that we share the news of the peaceful departure of Juan Antonio Benavides, who left this world peacefully on May 19, 2026. Juan went to be with the Lord after living a full and meaningful life for 69 years and left out some wonderful memories that touched the hearts of his family and friends. A brave soul who graced our lives with compassion and benevolence, Juan’s presence will surely be missed. Juan may have passed on, but his spirit will forever live on in our hearts. As we bid thee goodbye to Juan Antonio Benavides please join the memorial service that celebrates every aspect of Juan’s life on May 30, 2026 at 4pm in Funeraria Del Angel.

Juan was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years Cynthia Mireya Recio, survived by his daughters Cristina Benavides, Cyan Benavides, Jennifer Benavides, Nitzy Rodriguez, Naomi Rodriguez, Dora Benavides and sons Roman Benavides, Juan Benavides Jr, Juan Rodriguez, Jesus Rodriguez, Jose Rodriguez, Tony Benavides, his grandchildren and aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel, 4901 Everhart Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78411, US, on May 30, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 am (next day).

A Prayer Service will take place at Funeraria Del Angel, 4901 Everhart Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78411, US, on May 30, 2026, from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
