He will be remembered for his love of barbequing. He enjoyed to go fishing with his family and was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Juan is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gonzalo Olivarez.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Norma Olivarez; children, Jesse Morin, Angela Olivarez, Ramona Arriaga, Crystal Arriaga and Juanito Olivarez; sixteen grandchildren; eight sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. that same evening. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, 1080 S Clarkwood Rd. on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
