Juanita A. Nino

Juanita A. Nino 91, born on July 23, 1919 in Laredo, Texas passed away on January 16, 2011. She is preceded in death by her parents: Felipe and Seberiana H. Aguilar; husband, Jose M. Nino and 5 brothers and 4 sisters.

She is survived by her sons, Joe (Amelia )Nino, Jr., Fernando Nino, Richard Nino, Danny Nino and Javier Nino; daughters, Maria Yolanda Beavan, Rosario Trevino and Grace (Joe) Hernandez; 1 grandson, David (Marcella) Trevino of Boca Raton, Florida; her survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.

She was one of the original Spanish choir member and member of Altar Society at Christ the King Catholic Church for many years. She was an active member of Broadmoor Senior Citizen Center for 25 years. Her passion was arts and crafts.

We would like to thank the hospital staff at Corpus Christi Medical Center for their kindness and support shown to our mother and family members.

Honoring her as pallbearers will be Joe Nino, Fernando Nino, Richard Nino, Javier Nino, Danny Nino, and Joe Hernandez; David Trevino and David Gonzalez will serve as honorary pallbearers.

Visitation will began at 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at Funeraria Del Angel-Memorial Holly Chapel and a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church that same evening.

Funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2011, at Christ the King Catholic Catholic Church.
