Junah Lee Beaton

Junah Lee Bell Beaton, 52, entered Heaven’s gates on November 21, 2014 while in the comfort of her own home. Junah was born to Jerry and Sarah Bell in Panama City, Panama on January 17, 1962. She lived most of her lift in Corpus Christi, Texas before moving to Houston, Texas. Junah loved shopping and arts and crafts but most of all she loved spending time with her family. Everyone who knew her couldn’t help but love her. She was known for her quick wit, kind heart and beautiful soul. We will all miss her dearly. Junah was preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Ellen Bell; sister, Crystal Lynn Bell Reser and nephew, James Paul Brennan II. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving and dedicated husband of 35 years, Scott Beaton; three beautiful daughters, Tara Beaton, Tanya Beaton and Lauren Beaton; grandchildren, Taylor Beaton, Madison Beaton, Aryana Green and Kayson Boutte all of Houston, Texas; father, Jerry Bell of Mathis, Texas; sisters, Brenda (James) Brennan of Lake Charles, Louisiana; Tracy (James) Walters of Corpus Christi, Texas; and several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. Junah will be laid to rest in Corpus Christi, Texas next to her mother whom she adored, Sarah Bell and her sister whom she cherished, Crystal Lynn Bell Reser. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 25, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Memory Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.

I worked with Junah at JC Penney many years ago and will always remember the good times we had laughing together at silly things. She was such a beautiful person inside and out. My sincere sympathy to the Beaton family and know I have you all in my prayers.
