She was born in Mercedes, Texas, on March 26, 1932 to Dikran Bullajian and Mary Khoury Bullajian.
Katherine loved to cook, and to be outside always feeding the birds and squirrels who came to visit her. She was a very kind and loving mother and grandmother. Katherine loved her pets with all her heart, and she cherished and spoiled them all. She will always be remembered for her caring heart, and love for her family and friends, and her beloved pets.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Arage, Sr. and her parents Mr. & Mrs. Bullajian; Katherine is survived by her children: Mary Katherine Arage Kalanta (Anthony John), Jack Richard Arage, Maurice Jacob Arage, Jr.; her grandchildren: Robert Raymond Berglund and Matthew Sean Kalanta.

Visitation for Katherine will be on Friday, September 15, 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Everhart, 4901 Everhart Rd, Corpus Christi, Texas 78411 with a Funeral Mass that will occur at 1:00 p.m. at Church of the Good Shepherd, 700 S. Upper Broadway, Corpus Christi, TX 78401 followed by Interment at 2:30 p.m. at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 2731 Comanche St., Corpus Christi, Texas.
