Dr. Lester A. Anderson II

Dr. Lester A. Anderson, II D.C., age 65, passed away March 26, 2016. He was born March 12, 1951 to Dr. Lester and Pearl Anderson in Kingsville, TX. He graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College in 1974.

Lester was a loving father, husband, son, brother and grandfather. He especially enjoyed spending time with Riley and Layla; He never met a stranger, he will always be remembered for his love of laughter and devotion to his family. Dr. Anderson is preceded in death by his parents.

Dr. Anderson is survived by his wife, Janie De La Garza; daughter, Stephanie (Brian) Harper; grandchildren, Riley and Layla Harper; brother, Louis Anderson; sisters, Mary (Gary) Durant of Humble, TX, Bessie (Walter) Tavaska, of White Fish, MT; and numerous cousins.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 31 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Cage-Mills Funeral Directors.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 1st at 10:00 am at Galilean Lutheran Church, 3321 Cimarron Blvd., Corpus Christi, TX 78414.

Interment will follow in Chamberlain Cemetery, Inc., 735 W. Caesar Avenue, Kingsville, TX 78363.
