

He was a painter/contractor for most of his life.
He is preceded in death by his father, Librado Gonzales; his mother, Aurora M. Gonzales; his brothers, Jose Gonzales, Paulo Gonzales, Alfredo Gonzales, and his grandchild, Richard Garza.
Librado is survived by his wife, Dolores Gonzales (3 step-children, Chris, Lisa, Ruby); his three beautiful daughters who were the most important part of his life, Letty Gonzalez and her children, James Zapata, Amy Zapata, and Tony Zapata; Anna Gonzales and her children, Richard Garza Jr, Randy Garza, Stephanie Gonzales, and Angela Sauceda and Rachel Gonzales and her children, Jonathan Baker, Morgan Baker, Zachery McMullen, & Bryce McMullen along with sixteen great-grandchildren; brother, Leonard Gonzales and sisters, Rosalinda Morales, Beatrice Espinoza, and Gloria Garza.
Our daddy had so much humor. He enjoyed his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also loved playing dominos, listening to music and loved the company of others. His famous words were “shot time” and called every male “Henry”.
Visitation will be held at Funeraria del Angel, 549 Cheyenne St., on Sunday, September 5, 2021 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm that same evening.
