Lillian Yvonne Stewart, 68, died on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. She lived in Corpus Christi, TX her entire life. She graduated from Roy Miller High School in 1972. She received a degree from Del Mar College in 1977.
Most of her work life was spent in various call centers providing customer service. Sadly, a diagnosis of kidney disease resulted in her having to take early retirement. Her home church for many years was St. Paul UMC. While there she served as a Sunday school teacher and an usher. Her hobbies included reading, crafting, and watching reality television.
Her death leaves behind a loving but small family – a sister, Patricia in Austin TX; a daughter, Elizabeth in Corpus Christi; and a grandson, Patrick in Austin TX.
She will be missed by her many friends, some she had known since high school, some through work and some in her neighborhood.
A memorial service for Lillian will be held Saturday, September 9, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Memory Gardens Funeral Home & Cemetery, 8200 Old Brownsville Road, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415.
