Lillian Tully

It is with sadness that we share the news that our sister in Christ, Lillian Tully, went to be with the Lord early this morning. Lillian was a faithful member of our church family, and we rejoice in the hope of the gospel and the promise that those who are in Christ are absent from the body and present with the Lord.

Lillian Tully, age 96, went to be with our Lord on June 13, 2026. She was born on February 2, 1930. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Delain Tully, in November 2016.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Peters of Bella Vista, Arkansas, and Gisele (Roger) Sorenson of Harrod, Ohio; four grandchildren, Rex and Ryan Peters of Kansas City, Missouri, Edwin (Gwynne) Sorenson of Lima, Ohio, Ben Sorenson of Harrod, Ohio, and Candace (Iain) Bruce of Harrod, Ohio; and eight great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held in Corpus Christi, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bella Vista Baptist Church Food Pantry.

Please join us in praying for Kathy and the entire family during this time. Pray for safe travel as they journey to Corpus Christi for the graveside service, and ask the Lord to comfort them with His presence and the hope of the resurrection. May this time together as a family be one of encouragement, sweet remembrance, and gratitude for the faithful life God gave to Lillian.
