Lucia enjoyed her time at the Corpus Christi Adult Daycare, playing bingo, listening to music and dancing.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Eliseo Hernandez, Sr. and her 2 children, 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
She is survived by one sister, Catarina Garcia; her children, Ofelia Rodriguez, Janie Martinez, Lupe Perez (Laura) and Eliseo Hernandez, Jr. (Lorraine). She also leaves behind to cherish her memories eight grandchildren; 25 g-grandchildren and 14 g-g-grandchildren.
Family will be receiving friends from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday, October 19, 2012 at Funeraria del Angel Chapel with a prayer service at 7:00 pm that same evening. Visitation will resume at 8:15 am at Funeraria del Angel on Saturday, October 20, 2012 with Funeral Services to follow at Our Lady of Pilar Catholic Church at 9:30 am. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery
