Lucia F. Ramirez

She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Gustavo Lira Ramirez, infant daughter Rosalinda, and four brothers.

She is survived by sons; Raul (Angeles), Felipe, Danny (Teri), Gustavo (Lori), daughter; Mary Ann (Tino) Garcia, sisters; Elisa Alvarez, Mary Martinez, Linda (Joe) Magallanez; 15 grandchildren 15 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She loved birthdays and family reunions and just gathering with family and friends. Some of her favorite things to do was to attend the Watermelon Thump in Luling, quilting, crocheting and gardening.

Family will be receiving friends on Monday, January 5, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m. that same evening at Funeraria del Angel, 549 Cheyenne Street. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Luling Community Cemetery, Luling, Texas.
